Sea Lake – St Mary’s Primary School
St Mary's Primary School is a small Catholic primary school in Sea Lake in Victoria's Mallee region. St Mary's has approximately 50 students from the Sea Lake parish which incorporates the towns of Sea Lake, Nandaly, Berriwillock, Culgoa and Woomelang.
The school was originally established in 1958 by the Sisters of St Joseph and maintains a strong commitment to the core values of love, joy and peace.
We provide many opportunities for young people to participate in a wide range of activities. All students take part in sporting and performing arts pursuits, with the school successful in local competitions over a long period of time.
We take seriously our responsibility for the wellbeing of students with an effective pastoral care system. Our parent community is closely involved with school activities. The school has a solid intervention program that incorporates extension and remediation programs. Whole school approaches in numeracy and literacy enable consistent and thorough planning and assessment.
