Horsham – St Brigid’s College
St Brigid's is a Catholic co-educational Years 7-12 secondary college of almost 400 students in the Wimmera district of Victoria serving the Parish of Ss Michael and John's, Horsham.
The College was originally established in 1919 by the Brigidine Sisters and maintains a strong commitment to the Brigidine core values of faith in action, justice, compassion, community and excellence.
Our modern facilities include a new library and information technology centre, newly refurbished science and home economics classrooms and an excellent sporting stadium situated near the football oval, tennis courts and basketball courts. We foster the wellbeing of students with an effective pastoral care system founded in the Mind Matters philosophy. Our parent community is very active and is closely involved with all of our activities.
With the help of a well-qualified and caring staff, St Brigid's offers students a comprehensive curriculum which incorporates VCE, VCAL, VET and various apprenticeships. The College sees itself as a community comprised of students, teachers and parents and works hard to achieve greater collaboration between and among all members of its community.
