St Joseph's is a large Catholic co-educational primary school situated in Warrnambool, a thriving city of 35,000 people in regional Victoria.
Our school was originally established in 1851 and maintains a strong commitment to education, faith and friendship. Our core values, and the wellbeing of the whole person, underpin all we do. Specific key priorities include literacy, numeracy, the arts, personal development and the use of information communications technology.
Our school has a highly regarded physical education program and has won the Victorian Primary Schools Football State championship twice in recent years. Programs are supported by modern facilities; including comfortable classrooms, an outstanding library, visual and performing arts areas.
The school is situated on extensive grounds including two ovals, recently updated playgrounds and large sealed play areas. St Joseph's has active parent participation through its school board, parent association and maintenance committees.
St Joseph's is further supported by our local parish and many community organisations. Our school fees are set to support families and school improvement
