Diocese of Ballarat Catholic Education Limited (DOBCEL) schools are located within a diverse and geographically extensive diocese extending across Western Victoria, from the Murray River to the Southern Ocean.
DOBCEL governs 58 parish schools, and 6 schools are governed by Religious Institutes or Ministerial Public Juridic Persons. DOBCEL partners with all schools in the diocese to promote Catholic identity, deliver quality learning, enable effective stewardship and nurture respectful and trusting relationships with the community.
