The Diocese of Ballarat provides diverse opportunities for employment in a wide range of schools from smaller rural settings to large regional centres. Almost 18,000 students are enrolled in 53 primary schools and 11 secondary schools. The diocese extends from the Murray River in the north to the Southern ocean in the south.
Catholic Education Ballarat (CEB) provides support, service and leadership to Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in the Diocese of Ballarat. CEB offices are in Ballarat, Mildura, Horsham, Swan Hill and Warrnambool.

Learning Management System Administrator
Term: Full time, ongoing position
Location: Ballarat
About the Role
In this newly created role, no one day will be the same. Working across all areas of the organisation, the LMS Administrator will maintain DOBCEL’s learning materials and assist with the co-ordination of digital and in-person learning sessions. Additionally, the LMS Administrator will manage the LMS platform and coordinate the Learning and Professional Development function to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach across DOBCEL.

Term: Full time, fixed term position

About the Role
This opportunity is more than just recruitment – it’s about building relationships, driving talent strategies, and making a real impact. You’ll work closely with stakeholders recruiting a diverse range of roles, from Principals to international teachers , to office-based roles.
With a new ATS being implemented, this role will play an integral part in implementing PageUp across DOBCEL.
If you thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment and have experience in balancing hands-on execution coupled with strategic thinking, this could be the perfect role for you.
Although this role is a parental leave replacement position, as a growing team there may be opportunity for ongoing employment beyond this fixed term period.
