The Strategy Implementation Manager role at DOBCEL offers a unique opportunity to lead and execute a 10-year strategic vision for Catholic education across the Diocese of Ballarat. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position involves coordinating key initiatives, managing resources, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to enhance educational outcomes. Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and resource management. A qualification in project management or extensive experience is essential.
- Proven experience in implementing large-scale strategies across multiple sites or institutions. Ability to translate strategy into actionable objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and inspire teams. Experience in fostering collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for strategic initiatives and manage consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school leaders and community members.
