Key Selection Criteria  

• Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and resource management. A qualification in project management or extensive experience is essential.
• Proven experience in implementing large-scale strategies across multiple sites or institutions. Ability to translate strategy into actionable objectives.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and inspire teams. Experience in fostering collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for strategic initiatives and manage consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school leaders and community members.
