If you have a question about Catholic Education in the Ballarat Diocese you may wish to lodge a general enquiry, or offer feedback or a suggestion.

If you’ve had a positive experience, we’ll share your message with the team or person who assisted you and make sure they get the recognition they deserve.

The simplest way to resolve a complaint at school level is to contact the school to discuss the matter.  However, we recognise that sometimes a complaint may not be resolved at school level and you may wish to seek assistance from Catholic Education Ballarat.

If you have experienced a problem or are dissatisfied with an aspect of your relationship with Catholic Education Ballarat or a school in the Ballarat Diocese, you can submit your complaint for our attention.
