Our Lady Help of Christians School, Murtoa – Community Gathering

    20/11/2025 /

Earlier in the year, DOBCEL shared the difficult decision that Our Lady Help of Christians Primary School, Murtoa, will close at the end of the 2025 school year. As we move toward this transition, we also take time to honour the school’s proud 62-year history and the many staff, students, families, and parishioners who have shaped its story. The day will begin with Mass at St Mary’s Church, Murtoa, at 12:30pm, followed by lunch at the school from 1:30pm. The gathering will continue at the Railway Hotel, Murtoa, from 5:00pm, where meals will be available.…

The 2025 Australian Teacher Workforce Survey is now open across Victoria!

    07/11/2025 /

The Australian Teacher Workforce Survey is now open – and it’s an important opportunity to support the profession by encouraging participation. The survey captures teachers’ and school leaders’ experiences across Australia, including workload, employment conditions, career intentions, and work-related wellbeing. The results help shape national policies and supports for schools. The survey is anonymous and takes just 10 minutes. All registered teachers receive their unique survey link via email from their teacher regulatory authority. Your voice matters. Together, let’s help shape the future of education.
