Position Description
Term: Full-time, 12-month fixed term position
Location: Ballarat
As part of our continued growth within Business Services, the Finance Team is expanding to better support schools across the Diocese. We are currently seeking a Payroll Officer for a 12-month fixed-term position to assist with day-to-day operations during the implementation of a new payroll system. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while supporting essential financial services. The Payroll Officer position comes with a range of benefits that include:

Key Selection Criteria
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service experience
- Payroll, Human Resources or Finance experience
- Data entry and preferably strong Excel skills
- Administration experience
- Highly organised with the ability to handle competing priorities
