Record of Student Adjustment and Evaluation (ROSAE)
About ROSAE
The Catholic Education Commission of Victoria has developed the Record of Student Adjustment and Evaluation (ROSAE) system.
This system has been built with two specific purposes:
- To provide a comprehensive system for schools to be able to record student information required for NCCD purposes.
- To allow all Catholic Education Commission of Victoria caseworkers to record all services provided for referred students.
Therefore, all consultation requests (referrals) to Student Services staff: Learning Diversity, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Visiting Teachers occur via this portal.
Training videos and access to ROSAE can be found on CEVN.
With the introduction of ROSAE there is a need to update school’s Privacy Policy and Collection Notice – please refer to this sample.

Any questions regarding ROSAE can be directed to Susan Rampling, Senior Education Officer Learning Diversity.
