Expression of Interest for Enrolment Form

A single enrolment application process is in place for ALL families seeking Foundation (Prep) enrolment for the 2025 school year at one of the eleven Catholic primary schools within the City of Ballarat (including siblings of children already enrolled).

It is advisable that you contact the schools that you are interested in prior to filling out this form to discuss attending a school tour or information session. This information may be found on the website for each school.  Download a list of schools in the City of Ballarat.

While completing the Expression of Interest form you will be required to indicate your first, second and third preference schools and upload your child’s birth certificate and baptism certificate (if applicable).

Expression of interest forms close	Thursday 23 May
First round placement offers sent	Friday 31 May at 12.00pm
First round acceptance close	Friday 7 June at 4.00pm
Second round placement offers sent	Friday 14 June at 12.00pm
List of schools with vacancies published	Friday 14 June at 12.00pm
Second round acceptance close	Friday 21 June at 4.00pm

A link to the 2025 online enrolment form will be sent with offers of a placement.

Families seeking enrolment should complete the form below by Thursday 23 May, 2024.

Please note - completing this expression of interest form does not guarantee an offer of enrolment in a City of Ballarat Catholic primary school.

Once the form is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the address provided.
